Calculator inputs

The loan amounts, interest rates, salaries, and other figures you enter into any Calcunet calculator are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

Information we collect

We do not require accounts, logins, or personal information to use any calculator. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes, in the same way most websites do.

Cookies and advertising

Calcunet displays Google AdSense advertising on every page of the site — there are no ad-free sections. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve these ads, measure how they perform, and personalize ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

This can involve your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We don't control what Google or its partners do with this data beyond what's described in their own policies, linked below.

If you're visiting from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, Google requires us to obtain your consent before serving personalized ads or setting non-essential cookies. You'll be shown a consent choice when you first visit, and can change your choice at any time.

Calcunet doesn't use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or tracking beyond what AdSense itself sets. The Geist fonts on this site are served via Next.js's built-in font optimization, which self-hosts them at build time — your browser never requests them from Google, so no data is sent to Google for fonts. The calculators themselves still run entirely in your browser and never send your inputs to us, as described above.

Third-party links

Some pages link to third-party sites, such as government agencies or banks. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their own policies before sharing information with them.

Children's privacy

Calcunet is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
